To ensure our database is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, all previously registered candidates are required to verify the following information:

  • Profile: Including First Name – Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile Phone Number, and Email Address.
  • All information must match your Passport.
  • Candidates must upload a profile photo and a clear copy of the front of their Passport.

Important Note : This verified data will be used for all examination arrangements and for your official score report.

Key Considerations

  1. Once verified, this information will be fixed in the examinee database and will appear in your test results for their entire 2-year validity period.

  2. Candidates may edit their name/surname under the following conditions:

    • Before Payment: If you have not yet confirmed ัyour data or printed the payment slip, changes will take effect immediately.

    • After Payment: If you have already printed the payment slip or completed the payment, any changes only apply to NEXT exam registrations.

  3. Candidates who need correct information after printing the payment slip or completed payment must submit a Request Form to the CUATC. This must be completed by the last working day of the week before to the scheduled exam date to ensure the changes are made for the upcoming exam.

Payment Channels

  • Mobile Banking or Credit card : Please follow the on-screen instructions to make payment.

  • Payment via Counter Service: Print the payment slip from the exam registration system and present it for payment at any Counter Service location.

Payment Deadline

  • Candidates must complete their payment by 23:00 (11:00 PM)on the day following their registration or on the last day of registration. If payment made after the specified time, it would result that the candidate is missing the application deadline.

  1. Download the Request Form and fill it out completely.
  2. Pay the 50 THB processing fee via bank transfer to the following account:

  3. Submit Documents: Email the completed Request Form, a copy of your Passport, and the payment slip to: cuatc@chula.ac.th

Note: Data corrections must be submitted at least three working days before the exam date. This deadline ensures your information is correctly updated for your official Score Report.

Candidates with physical disabilities (e.g., visual or hearing impairments, or those requiring a wheelchair) who wish to bring personal assistive devices into the exam room must follow these steps:

  1. Download the Request Form and fill it out completely.
  2. Submit Documentation: Email the completed form, a medical certificate, and a photo of the device to cuatc@chula.ac.th
  3. On Exam Day: Bring the authorized device to the Administrative Office for inspection before entering the examination room.
