Application for the Test

What should the applicant know? Due to the removal to the new database. For the applicant who already registered online tests of CU-TEP, CU-AAT, CU-TAD, and CU-ATS in the system, please confirm the information as follows:

Process Details
Password If you forgot the password, please do accordingly:
(1) Click "Forget Password?"
(2) (2) Fill your national ID card number and registered email. The system will send a new password to reset directly to your email.
Applicant’s Personal Information (1) Given name and family name (in English)
(2) Nationality
(3) Gender
(4) Educational background
(5) Address
Upload Picture (as shown in the example) and national ID card (front view) The system will record the data that was already confirmed from the applicant and use for the test and test result. (Announced on August, 26th B.E.2556 – Revised No.1 on January, 1st B.E.2557)


Warning
1. The information that was already confirmed will appear in the database and the test result until they are expired (valid for 2 years).
2. Applicants can edit given name and family name by themselves. The corrected information will be valid if the applicant has not confirmed the information and has not printed the payment slip. If the applicant edits after printed the payment slip, the corrected information will be valid in the next application.
3. According to 2., the applicant must notify the correction in letters for test approval within the last business day of the week before the test date. (Announced on November, 29th B.E.2556 – Revised No.1 on January, 16th B.E.2557)
How can applicants pay the fee and when? Applicants can pay the test fee within 23.00 of the following day after registration, and not more than the last day of registration. If applicant pays late, the payment is overdue. The payment methods are as follows:

Payment Methods Process
Pay via bank counter or the given shops in the document Print the payment document from the registration system. Pay at the bank counter or in the given shops.
Pay via ATM Choose the menu “Pay for Goods and Services”, then fill Ref 1 and Ref 2 number from the document.
Pay via M-banking Use bank application that is given in the payment document. Scan QR code to pay. (If not scan QR code, please be careful with Ref 1 and Ref 2 number.)
If my national ID card number is already used? If you already registered the online profile, please click “Forgot Password?” to reset your new password.
I cannot remember my password. What should I do? Please click “Forgot Password?” to reset your new password.
I clicked “Forgot Password?” but cannot reset the new password. There may be an error during the registration due to an incorrect email. Please notify us and attach a copy of national ID card. Send to cuatc@chula.ac.th . Our staff will examine and solve the problem.
I want to edit national ID card number, passport, nationality in the online system. Please scan or take photo of your national ID card and write in a request form with details. Send to cuatc@chula.ac.th
I want to register for a new account in the online system, but it shows “This national ID card number is used already. Please contact CUATC” or “National ID card number or passport number is incorrect. Please contact staff” Please click “Forgot Password?” to reset your new password. If it is not working, take photo or scan your national ID card / passport with details and send to cuatc@chula.ac.th
What can physically handicapped person do for test application? Physically handicapped person, e.g., visually impaired, or hearing-impaired person, or person with wheelchair, please notify CUATC at least 1 week before the test date. Fill the request form via http://www.atc.chula.ac.th/arrow.pdf and send to cuatc@chula.ac.th only. If hearing or seeing aid devices are brought, take it to the staff to examine before the door of test room opens.


On the Test Date

Can I bring a calculator into the room when I have CU-AAT or CU-ATS? CU-AAT and CU-ATS from July, 27th B.E.2562 onwards, a calculator is allowed to bring into the test room.
What are identification documents required for the test room entry? Applicants must show the national ID card or passport. If you are too young for national ID card, please show a valid card issued by the government with English name, ID card number, and picture. (All information in the card must be matched in the registration system.)
How to check the test venue? CUATC will announce the test venue via online system 1 week before the test date. Applicants can check in the system by themselves. If you cannot check the test venue, please send your payment slip to cuatc@chula.ac.th within 12.00 of the last business day before the test date.
How to dress on the test date? Due to the test venue in Chulalongkorn University, candidates must dress appropriately. Do not wear shorts, short skirt, jeans, t-shirt, sandals, or sportswear. If candidates dress inappropriately, they are not allowed to enter the test room.
What should I bring on the test date?
  • A valid and original national ID card or passport
  • In some tests, some equipment is allowed to be brought in the test room. Please study the details of each test.CUATC does not allow bags and other belongings, including electronic devices, such as mobile phone, music player, voice recorder, watch, keys, etc. We do not have storage service. Candidates must put all belongings outside the test room.
  • CUATC will not be responsible for the item loss.



    Test Report

    When will the test result be announced? The test results of CU-TEP, CU-AAT, CU-ATS, CU-TAD will be announced within 2 weeks after the test date.
    The test results of CU-TEP + Speaking will be announced within 3 weeks after the test date.
    What can I do if I want an original test report? If you need an original test report, please contact CUATC to fill the request form with an original national ID card shown to the staff. (If another person come for you instead, please fill the power of attorney form with a signed copy of national ID card of principal and attorney-in-fact.)
    The test report costs 50 THB each. (On Monday-Friday 9.00-15.00 (lunch break at 12.00-13.00))
    Due to the COVID-19 pandamic, please pay with Promptpay or mobile banking only, or click http://www.atc.chula.ac.th/pdf2020/Scorecardpost.pdf to receive an original test report via post.
    If i'd like to request an official score report, What do i have to do? You may request your official score report by following the instruction below.

    1. Log into the "Online Registration System"
    2. Select the menu "Score Report"
    3. Press "1.Request for Official Score Report" button. Your valid test scores will be displayed.
    4. Select the subject, the test date & the test result, and specify number of copies. The fee is 50 THB per copy.
    5. You have 2 options for the report delivery: 1. Pick up at CUATC and 2.Request for registered postal service.
  • If you choose to pick up at CUATC, the business hours are 8:30 - 16:00 on weekday except public holidays. If you go to CUATC by yourself, make sure you bring your original official ID. If other person will pick up the report for you, he/she must bring your original official ID with signed power of attorney. Then pay the fee. The report will be ready within the same day.
  • If you request for registered postal service, you must add the Thailand mailing address (no oversea address). The shipping fee is 50 THB per envelope (Maximum of 5 copies per envelope). Then pay the fee. After 3 working days, please check back in the system for the postal tracking number.
  • 6. Pay via online.

    Can I request for re-evaluation? You must submit the request form within 1 month after the test date. CUATC will announce the result within 1 week after the submitting date. (1 month and 1 week after the test date, except CU-TEP + Speaking, CU-TEC Speaking & Writing, and all E-Testing)
    Case 1 : Send the request form to email and pay the fee via account no. 026-2-05029-9, account name: Chulalongkorn University Academic Testing Center, Kasikorn Bank: Siam square Branch. The re-evaluation costs 50 THB each.
    Case 2 : Go to CUATC and pay 50 THB/1 request form. (Announced on April, 2nd B.E.2557)
    For how long the test result is valid? The test result is valid for 2 years from the test date.

    How can I have new national ID card quickly? You can go to BTS station for quick national ID card for several cases as follows:
  • New national ID card (first time, lost the old card, or the card is already invalid – please contact district office)
  • Name and address change
  • Write a copy of house registration, a copy of civil registration, and national ID card

    Documents for new national ID card
  • A birth certificate or document from government with picture, such as credentials or passport
  • The owner's house registration
  • Name change certificate of the applicant or of applicant’s parents (if any).
